amount of bids for each auction and It's estimated end time.
If minimum required bids amount is not reached when auction end time comes,
then auction is extended unless the required bid does not reached.
If minimum required bids amount is reached and auction end time comes lowest unique bid wins.
Members can not place bids lower than minimum bid amount set up for auction by admin.
